Do I need to pay a monthly subscription? NO. All you pay is an upfront one-time fee.

Are the templates compatible with my device? YES! Our templates are compatible with all devices: Windows, Android and iOS. You can use them on your laptop, tablet or smart phone. However, we do suggest using on your laptop as the experience is optimised for that.

Can I use the templates with Microsoft Excel or Google sheets? BOTH. Our templates will work with both types of software. However, they have been designed on and optimised for Microsoft Excel. You may therefore notice some minor (typically cosmetic) differences when using with Google Sheets, but the core functionality should remain the same. 

Is my data safe and secure? YES. Your data is yours and yours only, we DO NOT have access to it. 

How long does it take to access my template? INSTANTLY. Once your payment is cleared, you will be able to download the template(s) that you have purchased.

Payments usually clear instantly, however, on occasion payments can be delayed a few minutes before clearing. This is not something that we control, but is down to the nature online payments. Please contact your payment provider if you have recurring issues when trying to make a payment.

Can I re-sell or share the templates that I purchase? NO. These templates are for personal use only No commercial rights are given with the purchase and they must not be shared. For more information, please read our Terms of Service.

How easy are the templates to use? Can someone with no prior experience use them? VERY and YES. You can absolutely use our templates without any prior experience or technical knowledge. Our templates are designed to be user-friendly and easy to use, even for those who are new to using them. Many people have successfully used (and continue to use) our templates without any prior experience. 

Do I need an internet connection to use my template? NO. Once you have downloaded your template, you can work on it without any internet connection.

How often should I update my templates? We recommend updating your templates at least once a month.

Do you provide advice? NO. Our templates are for personal budgeting and finance tracking purposes only. They are not designed to provide, nor do they constitute, financial advice and we disclaim any responsibility for the outcomes of your financial decisions. It is the responsibility of the user to set up and maintain the template correctly to ensure accuracy. If in any doubt, please consult a professional.
